By accessing or purchasing from SmartPickShop (pbesv0-p7.myshopify.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and merchants. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products & Listings We make every effort to accurately describe our products. For local pickup items, the buyer is responsible for inspecting the item prior to completing the transaction. All sales are final once a transaction is confirmed.

3. Payments All prices are listed in USD. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or a pickup is arranged. We accept all payment methods available at checkout.

4. Local Pickup For items listed as local pickup in San Jose, CA: the buyer is responsible for arranging pickup directly. SmartPickShop facilitates the transaction but does not take physical possession of the item. Buyers must verify payment is complete before pickup is arranged.

5. Refunds Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Refunds are rare and handled on a case-by-case basis with required evidence.

6. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to use our store for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, or to engage in fraudulent activity. SmartPickShop reserves the right to cancel any order or ban any user who violates these terms.
